Attached are 2 pdf files, one is a flowchart and the second is a spreadsheet.
These 2 files can be used by livestock producers to try and determine if they need to apply for an NPDES Permit or not.
These
files are our interpretation of the NPDES (CAFO) rules and have not
been approved by IL EPA as an absolute in making these decisions.
